Day Time Halloween Party – CARS!

As we said yesterday, there are a lot of cool events planned for our Day Time Halloween Party. We’re excited to announce the first one – our Hollywood Car Show! We’ll have a bunch of different cars from all your favorite comics, tv shows, and movies including Jurassic World, Ghostbusters, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!!

Come join the party and get your pictures taken with these cars and many more!

Day Time Halloween Party!

On Saturday, Oct 31 from 11am-4pm, Comickaze, The Arts District, and San Diego Comic Art Gallery are proud to announce the first annual Day Time Halloween Party right here in Liberty Station. This event is completely free and open to all ages! We have a bunch of really cool things happening as the day goes on including free comics and candy. Stay with us here on the official SDCAG site. We’re going to be going into some more detail each day on the different happenings planned for the day.

Gallery Talk with Scott Dunbier! You don’t want to miss this!


Our next Gallery Talk features Scott Dunbier, Special Projects Editor at IDW and the mind behind the IDW Artist’s Edition series. A 30+ year veteran in comics, Scott has worked with some of the biggest names and characters in comics. From Warren Ellis and John Cassaday’s Planetary all the way to Darwyn Cooke’s adaptations of the “Parker” series, Scott has worked with the best of the best. The Artist’s Edition series is a benchmark for IDW Publishing, having garnered multiple Eisner awards for Scott.
